This time of year students and faculty are beginning the scramble to gather pictures for the yearbook. Unfortunately, gathering these materials can be quite a headache!
It entails gathering hard copies of photos from the many parents and students in the school (and needing to return them) or receiving a slew of emails with large picture files attached. There is an easier way though: Use Share Your Photos! Our FREE app will save the Yearbook Committee’s sanity.
In just a few short steps, the entire photo collection process can be streamlined!
- Download the free app (available in the iTunes App store here and Google Play here)
- Create an event [SchoolNameYearbook2021] or better yet, create all of the events that you’d like pictures of (the homecoming game, the Christmas concert, the middle school dance, etc).
- Let the school community know to download the app and to start uploading photos to the various events.
- The Yearbook Committee will have access to everything and can pick and choose what they’d like to include. No scanning of photos or returning hard copies necessary!
If you’re a school administrator, teacher, or student on the Yearbook Committee, we’ve made it super easy for you to get started. Just copy and paste the letter below outlining the new process and send it home or email it out to the school community.
