CMA Fest 2017: What You Missed

CMA Fest 2017: What You Missed

CMA Fest 2017 was a huge hit with sold out nightly concerts and capacity crowds in Nashville! I made tons of memories seeing my favorite country artists and experiencing Nashville with my friends by my side.

On Friday afternoon, I ate at Honky Tonk Central on Broadway Street and listened to live music in the second story open-air bar! Right after lunch, my friends and I fought our way through the crowd to Riverfront Stage to see Chris Lane and Josh Turner for free.

My favorite part of CMA Fest was night 3 at Nissan Stadium with performances by Lady Antebellum, Chris Young, Maren Morris, Thomas Rhett, and Florida Georgia Line! The stadium was packed with 120,000 people. Even from my nosebleed seats I had the time of my life.

The best performances of the entire weekend included Brad Paisley and Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Garth Brooks, Dierks Bentley, Miranda Lambert, and more.

My friends and I basically went from one concert to the next, and by the time the weekend was over, we needed a quick, easy way to share our photos after we parted ways! Luckily, my friends and I used the Share Your Photos App to collect our photos from the weekend. The Share Your Photos App is a free app that allows a group of friends to upload their photos and videos into one collective album. So instead of posting all 200 of my pictures from the weekend on Facebook, tagging 5 people in every photo and constantly getting updates of “picture LIKES” from people I don’t know – we all posted our pictures into the app. Then, I chose my favorites from the weekend and saved them to my phone. Now, I have a way to see all of the pictures from CMA Fest (in the app) and I can also keep my favorites saved in my camera roll. It’s a win-win!

The Share Your Photos App is simple and easy:

  • Download the free app.
  • Create an event: Ex: CMA Nashville 2017
  • Share a unique event ID with your friends (Ex: CMANASH17)
  • Text your friends and invite them to join your album
  • Share your photos & videos in order for your friends to see the pictures you took, share their own pictures and clear up storage on your camera roll!

Nashville was full of energy with the busiest CMA Fest in history along with the Nashville Predators run to the Stanley Cup Finals. The fast-paced and energetic atmosphere in Nashville made it the perfect spot for a weekend girls trip. I’m so glad I used the Share Your Photos App to save my memories! Until next year, CMA Fest!
